Much quicker than Garmin AC Adapters & Plug in Vehicle Adapters. Am sure there are Hundreds of Garmin StreetPilot C550 & C580 Users, who do not know about these inventive ADAPTERS.Like the Little Boy in the Advertisement says, { TRY IT YOU'll LIKE IT.} Very Easy on & off usage. Merely Pull, Click, & it is stored out of sight for would-be thefts.Ingenious Idea.
As it turned out the GPS did come with everything that was needed to charge it, but it's nice to have back up I guess. I bought a new GPS and wasn't sure that I would need these chargers or not. For someone that is in need of a new charger because they've either lost or broken the original one, these are very good chargers.
